OK, so how does it work? From the moment you start, you will be assessed and monitored as an individual based on your own individual goals. The first thing to assess will be your posture and your diet. After assessments, your first program will be constructed. You are never alone while you train. I will be with you throughout every session, guiding and advising you on exercise technique, lifestyle, nutrition etc... Your programs will be based on your ability, experience, limitations and of course, your goals. Weight Loss will always be the most popular goal but it is only a part of what I can offer you. You can try other "weight loss systems" , go it alone in a gym, just try to get active by doing "a bit of walking" Nearly every client I have ever trained has tried many other methods and has had little or no success. Most of my clients have done classes, bootcamps, and been gym members, all with very limited success. That's why they are now making steady progress week on week with me in Elite Personal Training.

Hi. My name is Seamus.
I'm the co-owner of Elite Personal Training. Jesse (the other owner) and I opened the doors two years ago to our private gym (some of which you can see in the picture to the left)
Our clientele have no set profile. That is, they are all ages and all abilities, about 50/50 men/women all with individual goals.
The one thing that our clients do have in common is that they are ready to change their lives for the better and understand that without your health, you have very little else.
