Hi, My name is Seamus. I am the owner of Elite Personal Training, a private personal training studio in Raheen Limerick. My goal is to make sure that Elite Personal Training is THE place to achieve your fitness / weight loss goals.
Our goal is to provide unmatched service and quality to all of our clients. Our gym is clean, our training is effective and our focus is on YOU all of the time. Our customers are of all ages and abilities from 14 to 65 about 50:50 men and women.
The one thing that all of our clients have in common is that they are committed to changing their minds and body for the better and understand that without your health, you have very little else.
So, how does it work?
From the moment you start, you will be assessed and monitored as an individual based on your own individual goals. The first thing to assess will be your posture and your diet. After assessments, your first program will be constructed. You are never alone while you train. We will be with you throughout every session, guiding and advising you on exercise technique, lifestyle, nutrition etc... Your programs will be based on your ability, experience, limitations and of course, your goals. Weight Loss will always be the most popular goal but it is only a part of what we can offer you. You can try other "weight loss systems" , go it alone in a gym or just try to get active by doing "a bit of walking" Nearly every client we have trained has tried many other methods with little or no results. Most of our clients have done classes, boot-camps, and been public gym members, all with very limited success. That's why they are now making steady progress week on week with us.

Cathy is a dedicated, hard working trainer who puts a great deal of care and thought into her work. She herself is a great example of what can be achieved through proper nutrition and training, being lean, fit and very strong in the gym.
The ex captain of the University Of Limerick basketball team, Cathy has won many titles over the last few years. (including Superleague Cup X 2, and League Champion X 4!) Cathy also played for Ireland in the 2006 U20 European Basketball Championships. In the off season she plays tag rugby in Old Crescent. All year round she trains herself in Elite Personal Training.
Cathy trains all types of clients, all goals, all ages. She prides herself on providing her clients with variety and programs specific to their individual needs. Her knowledge of sport, weight lifting, TRX, functional movement and even street dance gives her a great deal of flexibility when designing her programs.
Cathy is also passionately crusading against obesity in children and teens and believes in "weight loss through fun" programming for children. She is also specifically qualified in this area through NASM.

Eimear is a UCC Physiology graduate with a postgrad in Nutritional Sciences. This gives her, 1. a great understanding on how the body works and 2. all the tools to help clients with their diet and lifestyle.
Her main motivation for being a 1-1 personal trainer is to bring her clients all of the benefits that exercise has brought her.
Working with clients on an individual basis allows her to get maximum results. Her goal is to provide science based sustainable solutions, while making the whole process enjoyable and fun for her clients.

Before becoming a personal trainer Ronan worked as a chef for over 10 years in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in Ireland and the UK.
13 years ago he decided to leave the chef trade and focus on his true passion, health and fitness. Ronans clients now benefit from his knowledge of cooking, getting fast easy healthy recipes to help them achieve their fitness goals. He also offers healthy cooking demonstrations in the houses of some of his clients.
Ronan qualified and started working as a personal trainer 12 years ago. To further improve his knowledge he spent a year and a half going to Dublin one day every month receiving 3 personal training sessions a day from Eoin Lacey, (the strength coach of Conor McGregor) helping him to expand his knowledge of program design, nutrition and achieving results.
Not content with learning from the best in Ireland, Ronan has spent time in London and Bath learning from some of the UKs best coaches. In September 2013 he completed an internship with Tom Crudgington of Body Development in Bath, one of the UKs top trainers in one of the UKs top gyms. Ronan also played hurling and practiced martial arts for many years.
