Elite Personal Training is a private personal training gym.  We are located in Raheen Business Park, just a minute from the motorway.  We have qualified, experienced trainers ready to change your life for the better. 

We provide as standard..... body fat testing, goal setting, resistance training, cardio training, lifestyle coaching, nutrition coaching and anything and everthing else that you will need to achieve your goals.

Our private gym is bright and clean and contains every piece of equipment you will ever need to get the results you're after.

We also have toilets and changing rooms with showers.  There is an elevator to bring you to the top floor.  There is ample parking in front and around the side and back of the building.
